1. We feel that we don’t know enough about other European countries. We know little about their history, cultures and habits. Because of this we don’t feel connected to these countries, but we would really like to know more about them.

2. We want to know more about other European countries because we are not alone in Europe. And only together we are one strong Europe.

3. To become this one and strong Europe it’s important to us that the huge diversity of countries should be maintained. Each country has it’s own qualities and is valuable in it’s own way.

4. It is important to us to be proud of every individual and national language, culture and history. We believe that we should make use of every country’s abilities. We should learn more about other countries.

5. But how can we make use of every country’s abilities? We believe by connecting these different cultures. So we focus more on collaborations between all European countries without being judgmental, just like babies are.

6. So why should we connect these countries? We believe every country needs to be solidair so they can achieve more together. When we are more connected, we can understand each other better.

7. If countries collaborate the bond will strengthen. If a team is bonded, together they can focus more on teambuilding. When working together countries will get to know each other better and have more trust.

8. To improve these collaborations Europe aims for a connected system. In this system every country participates and the diversity of the countries has to stay the same.

9. In this system countries will have to work together to achieve a goal. Because there is a goal to achieve countries will become competitive. This will strengthen their teambuilding.

10. Examples of competitiveness and teambuilding is seen in these picture of . Everyone wants to win so collaboration is a must because no one can do it on their own.

11. To achieve the goal countries have to play it smart and use each other qualities. There isn’t one way to achieve the goal. We think it is necessary to have a goal because countries will be challenged.

12. Because of this, our connected system will work like a game with an achievement in the end. Within a game the strengths of all countries will come together. When a game-element is introduced in this system countries will be triggered to compete.

13. In our system teams will exist of different countries, the teams have there for variations in skills and knowledge. More knowledge of each other will improve the quality of the
team.Those teams will compete against each other.

14. The theme of the game will be the different societies. The habits, cultures and morals are the main focus. It is important that the value of the countries should stay the same.

15. After doing some research about different games we came upon the idea of organizing a game with an price in the end. Because of this goal / price, teams of different countries will be triggered to compete.

16. We noticed that in this research a lot of European prizes already exist, such as the European Design Awards and the …. In these awards countries are competing against each other but we don’t feel the connections between the countries.

17. In our Europe’s identity we want to mix the countries in teams to improve the bonds and connections. The prize in our identity is winning the European … Award. We don’t know exactly what we are going to name the award but the theme is society (habits, cultures, morals). Within the theme society there will be different categories to compete for.

18. It doesn’t matter with who you are teaming up with, the competitive feeling will always be there. There isn’t one way of winning.

19. Europe, a continent with many cultures and together one strong union. In the first place the huge diversity of cultures should be maintained. Europe secondly aims for more connections between these cultures. Every country needs to participate so we can achieve more together.
